INVESTIGATING OFFICER: Solomon INCIDENT TYPE: DUI BRIEF NARRATIVE: On 5/17/14, at approximately 0217 hours, the South Burlington Police Department stopped a vehicle doing 90 mph in a 55 mph zone on I-89. The operator, identified as Kacie O’Neill age 30 of Shelburne, was taken into custody for negligent operation and suspicion of DUI. O’Neill was transported to the SBPD where she was processed for DUI, issued a court citation for June 5th and released to the custody of a friend.
