IPCC report shows that we can afford to take action on climate change and we cant afford not to. Consider this: IPCC expects global consumption will increase 300% to 900% by 2100, and if we take action on climate change it will reduce this growth by 5%; and get this, it assumes no negative economic consequences from out of control climate change. Ie taking action on climate change is cheap and not taking action will be incredibly damaging.
