IRC297832 IT Logistics Administrator, Limassol, Cyprus Position Overview: As part of our strategic growth, Amdocs is currently seeking a IT Logistics Administrator located in Limassol, Cyprus, Major Responsibilities: We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator with a strong knowledge of IT to join our technical support team at our Limassol-based Cyprus office. The successful candidate will be comfortable with taking ownership of a number of issues, and be able to demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative. We are looking for a flexible approach, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent customer service and communication skills are key. The IT Logistics Administrator will be part of the IT EMEA team and report directly to IT Europe Group Leader. The primary duties for this role are: To provide level 2 IT logistics support for Amdocs employees in Cyprus and other European sites Capacity Management of regional IT stock, work with IT vendors and the Amdocs EMEA IT logistics unit To provide assistance when required for other professional teams RESPONSIBILITES: Maintain appropriate stock of IT equipment, send IT equipment to offices across Europe and order new stock from IT vendors according to business needs Maintain the assets management system records Work with local and remote vendors as per Europe IT requirements Ensuring compliance with organisation policies, procedures and work instructions Requirements: Essential Experience with Logistics work, ideally in an IT service warehouse Knowledge of IT hardware ? PCs, laptops, and peripherals A strong sense of commitment to the responsibilities and requirements of the role Fluent written and spoken English Advantageous Proven experience in supporting asset management systems (stock management, basic procurement, contracts with IT vendors, etc?) Proven experience in using a CRM ticketing application (Clarity, Remedy, Vantive, etc?)
