IS THE REQUIREMENT FOR JEWS TO REGISTER IN DONYESTK RUSSIA TRUE? It is not true in that it is not accurate that Jews need to comply with this printed piece of paper. There is no authority behind it WHATSOEVER. Therefore, is it true, is not a relevant question. Did this occur? Was this paper distributed? Yes, that is factual. Does anyone need to comply or suffer consequences. ABSOLUTELY NOT. No more consequences than already imposed by living within a war torn society of crazy people. As far as having Israel to escape to, how long do we think we will have our own country as a safe haven given the crazy world in which we live? Making it crazier is only going to further undermine, not only our possibility for existence, but all peoples. As Jews, its our responsibility and obligation to be equally outraged when occurrences of racism, discrimination, genocide appear for all people, not only for our own. Shame on us for a lack of outrage every single day of every single year.
