ISO: lesson horse for free lease, preferably long term and western trained. Will be looking to start lessons April 1st, so must be ready to move by then. Lesson students as young as 4 and as old as 60, so must be well broke. Show and trail experience is a plus. I will pay for all bills, including vet and board, as well as farrier and chiropractor. Will be ridden frequently by me so as to keep in shape. Preferably nothing over 15.2, but will consider taller if really well broke. Nothing gaited. Will handle probably 8-10 lessons a week.
