ISRAEL IS GUILTY OF THE CRIME OF GENOCIDE Israel is Guilty of Genocide Against the Palestinian People. Since the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (the Genocide Convention) only requires the intention to destroy PART of a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, it is OBVIOUS that Israel is guilty of Genocide. When Israel intentionally obliterated villages and neighborhoods in Gaza, that is the definition of genocide according to the Convention. And this continues the crime of Genocide committed by the Israelis against the Palestinians since 1947. Further, the Genocide Convention states that causing serious bodily harm to members of a national, ethnical, racial or religious group with the intent to destroy PART of the group is Genocide. The Genocide Convention also states that deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in Part of the group is Genocide. Please see more text from the Genocide Convention (the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide) and a link to the Genocide Convention below.
