To identify new and emerging software technologies, methodologies and products and ICT methods and techniques and the on-going assessment of their relevance and potential value to the organization To ensure that all acquired IT application solutions conform to and integrate with Company systems architecture and technology plan and are to a specified business requirement. To identify, acquire, contract and manage appropriate third party suppliers to support projects, ensuring all IT Suppliers of all purchased software applications have Service Level Agreements against which they are measured. To coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented successfully and according to Company Governance requirements and to provide the IT Delivery Manager with project progress reports To follow up and ensure all application errors/bugs/issues recorded with supplier are monitored and responded to timeously according to Service Level Agreement to ensure maximum use
