IT IS NEVER TOO LATE FOR A MIRACLE. ACTS 4:22 No one can deny God can do things that human mind deems impossible. The only valid argument against miracle is that we just don’t experience them, at least not on a regular basis. In the Bible, it seems like they were common occurrences. God inspired the authors to write about unique times and places where he broke into history dramatically. But even in the Bible there were times when the people felt just as we do today. One example is the man named Gideon. He encountered the Angel of the Lord, disguised as a human. Look at his attitude toward the miraculous: Gideon said to Him, “O my lord, if the LORD is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all the miracles, which our fathers told us about, saying, “Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? But now the LORD has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites”. (Judges 6:13) Many people ask similar questions, probably because God is not working according to their own timetable. But one thing is sure: God is never too late in answering prayers (Habakkuk 2:3). Time is no constraint to Him. Only sin, unbelief and lack of prayer can hinder the move of God in our lives (psalm 66:18; Isaiah 59: 1-2; Matthew 13:58; Mark 6: 5-6; James 4: 2-3; Matthew 17: 19-21). Note: “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15).
