Good Morning Africa This ICC court amazes me when they fail to see the same things that i said about the way the Chief Prosecutor investigated the Kenyan cases. I have begged and begged the ICC to terminate these cases they have not listened . Now see the damage the cases are doing to the country. ICC Chief Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, on Monday said former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, had assured her that he would freeze Uhuru’s banks accounts. Making her submission to the ICC judges, Bensouda said the Office of the Prosecutor officials met Raila Odinga in April 5, 2011 who assured them that since he was one of the principals in the Grand Coalition Government, he would compel the Kenyan Government to freeze all assets and accounts associated with President Uhuru Kenyatta. Bensouda said she was later shocked to learn that Raila Odinga was unable to compel the Government of Kenya where he was second in command. “Raila Odinga who was then the Prime Minister of Kenya had assured my team that his Government will freeze Uhuru’s assets and also submit all evidence required by the prosecution,” Bensouda said. Bensouda also mentioned ODM Secretary General, Prof Anyang Nyong’o, who she said had assured the OTP that they will compel the Government to hand over all evidence including Uhuru’s phone records and his bank accounts.
