AUDITION DETAILS AUDITION DATE: Tuesday 19th November 2013 at 13:00 AUDITION VENUE: The Emirates Stadium, Highbury House, 75 Drayton Park, London, N5 1BU IMPORTANT INFORMATION The release form enclosed MUST be signed and brought to the audition with you. This is a legal document allowing us to film and include you in the competition so please read it carefully. If this is not signed you will not be able to participate in the competition. Under 18s must have their form signed by a parent or legal guardian. Every single contestant under the age of 18 must also be accompanied to their audition by a parent or legal guardian. A legal guardian, if not your mum or dad, must provide documentation proving legal custody. If you are of school age and will be taking time off school to attend any auditions, you must seek approval from your school first. You MUST also bring an official form of identification with you. i.e passport, photo driving license, or a birth certificate. Please also bring this letter with you as a reference of your audition ID number.
