Id be either a fool, egotistical, or coddled if I looked back at my failures and tried to manipulate them into successes. I could make it to the top of big company but if that company is failing or failing to develop then i failed. If I teach kids and the kids get Fs I failed. If I cooked but people refuse to eat my food I failed. Your title is not a reflection of your worth, your results are. You can get results with out titles. You can also get titles with out results. People waste a lot of time focusing on what they want to be. They want to be rich, or be famous, or be powerful, or be comfortable, or be happy. That has alway been a ridiculous premiss. The notion that you can control what you are. People try to reinvent themselves. Is that even a real word? Reinvention by definition of the root word is in fact impossible. You cannot do something again for the first time. People make a lot of sh!t up so they dont have to face their past shortcomings. They even make up words to describe their process of making up bullsh!t to cover up the past, like reinvent. What you are and who you are is irrelevant. What are you doing?
