Id just want to say I am madly in love with America. Not the Walmart shopping, wrong country invading dip shits of today. I mean all those that built this nation from day one. Everyone from those in the fields working the crops to the mega industrialists that built the railways and skyscrapers. It is why I spend my days with my wife sorting through antiques that tell the story of eras gone by, spend evenings engulfed in History channel stories and days on end listening to music of the past. I think if we could push ourselves back in to a focus on integrity, innovation and comprehensive pride that we could restore this nation to greatness. I dont mean the brand America either. I mean the lives of the average man, woman & child, the food we eat and the roads we travel. My absolute favorite 100 years was the 1860s to 1960s when it comes to nation building. Railroads, factories, sky scrapers, most roads and interstates that define our day to day life come from those years. All the music I listen to either comes from those years or is influenced by those years. In true American spirit I am overlooking the flaws and blemishes of those eras to keep the romantic sentiment of my patriotism but you get what Im talking about. Happy Independence Day. Happy 4th of July. As an American I encourage you to engage in critical thinking to save your country and for the love of God STOP BUYING TRASH! Your purchases define the society you live in.
