Id like to give a big high five to the HPD and BID Security Ambassadors for a job well done on Main Street last night. You may have seen or heard on the news that a pair of spray-painters tagged my yoga studio last night with a HUGE DAFFY written in red all over my front windows. Apparently theyre Disney fans. At 8 pm, two vigilant citizens came in and told me what happened. I called HPD (Deputy Chief Brooks) and the two helpful passers-by gave him a description of the perps. Within moments, an officer was at the studio. Minutes later, the spray-paint-Monets had tagged a city bus and the MDC building. HPD caught them. Red handed (no pun intended) and had them arrested. Whats more, the BID Security Ambassadors came down, cleaned my windows to perfection and all was said and done by 9 pm. I took the hit, but theres a silver lining for sure. These folks are doing their best to keep our city safe and clean. I truly appreciate the responsiveness of the whole team. Thank you!
