Id like to thank everyone who was able to come out to Lewis-Young Park last night to celebrate the birth of our nation and enjoy a great time with the community. Our annual funnel cakes sale went very well, and thank you to all the folks who stopped by to support the Louisburg High School wrestling team. This fundraiser would not be possible without the generous help from Pat and Debbie Apple. Thank you for everything! Its so important for the program to have a presence in the community, especially in the off-season, and this is a fantastic way to show the community what an outstanding group of young men we have in our program. Thanks to the following wrestlers for helping out last night: Chris Turner, Evan Ayres, Tucker Batten, Ryan Adams, Joshua Vickrey, Austin Raetzel, Dylan Meyer, Will Ridley, Brenton Wrigley, Nathan Allen, and Zach Knox. Coach Aaron Ziadeh came out early and gave up his holiday evening to toil with Pat at the fryer. A big thanks to him, too! Finally, I wanted to thank my family for their support this weekend!
