Ideas for this grandmother? My 5 yr old granddaughter starts all day kindergarten Monday and the nurse told my daughter that the only snacks that can be brought are fruit, yogurt, or cheese. The school provides snacks. No snacks can be brought that my GD likes (crackers, goldfish, pretazels and a couple more foods she will eat) because they may have crossed over machines where peanuts are made. The nurse said maybe the principal will let my GD eat in her office during snack. Lunch time is not a problem as there is a peanut fee table. Do you have any suggestions I can pass on? I thank you for any feedback you can give. Mealtime Hostage can you share? My bet is many of your fans have encountered this. Would love to hear what has worked and what hasnt!
