If GOD granted those stiff-necked,hard-hearted Israelites their requests and responded swiftly to their cries,how much more do you think he will do for us His children?In case you dont know why I may sound so harsh in qualifying them,please read for yourself:NEHEMIA 9 FROM VERSE16 UP TO25.Verse 21 even says they lacked nothing.Go to PSALM 106 VERSE 13 to 15,verse15 says:And GOD granted them their desire.God has removed from us that heart of stone and has given us a heart of flesh.HE has given us his spirit of adoption,in other words,SONSHIP.so that we can cry out ABBA FATHER.That cry is a prayer on its own.In ISAIAH 65 HE SAYS EVEN BEFORE THEY CALL I WILL HEAR(VERSE 24).Go to ROMANS 8 and hear him saying shall he not also FREELY GIVE US ALL THINGS in addition to the gift of CHRIST.Beloved,our main problem is unbelief and ignorance.The cure for unbelief is reading and meditating on the word of GOD day and night.Dont depend solely on preachers because some of them are liars.EVEN THE BIBLE WARNS US ABOUT THEM.IT CALLS THEM FALSE PROPHETS.OUR LORD JESUS WARNED HIS DISCIPLES AGAINST WHAT HE CALLED IGWELE LABAFARISI.THAT MEANS FALSE TEACHING.So my humble advice to those of us who look for answers to their prayers,go to the horses mouth.AthamaXhosa indaba yotyelo ayikholi.There is a price to pay:TIME AND DILIGENCE LABORING IN THE WORD.The bible says be not slothful.
