If I was Putins adviser I would write this speech: We are saddened about this terrible tragedy. It was a horrible mistake. As far as supporting Russian separatists in Ukraine, we will continue to ensure Russians rights are being respected wherever they live. That is my job, to protect Russians wherever they are as opposed to the USA who invade countries and kill thousands of civilians where there are NO American interests.
