Theyll need to use their height and strength to boss and dominate the midfield. Theyll also need to shield Kagawa and free him up to creatively operate in the hole. Secondly, Ill have a pep talk with the players. A heart -to-heart talk. Something like this... Hey guys, there is a wise saying that nobody can bring you down without your permission. That saying is so true! The popular opinion out there is that Bayern will ride over us in both legs the quarter final. But guess what? Truth is this wont happen unless we permit it. Yes, this season has been a difficult season for everyone of us. Theres been conflict of interest, tempers rising and all that. Weve been the laughing stock of millions of anti Manchester United fans worldwide whove had to wait for decades to see a rare season like this. But you know what, we can cut short this show of shame and become heroes tonight. Yes we can! How, you ask? This is what it takes... Forget about all that has happened between when I took over as your coach and now; forget about the malicious reports in the media, forget about the painful jeering of rival fans; forget about every action or words said to make us further look down on ourselves. We are no mediocre team, we are Manchester United, and Manchester United do not belong where we currently are. For the next 90mins, I urge everyone of you on the pitch to do what youve never done before this season. Play like youre playing to save your life as a team. Play like this is the only match of the season. In all sincerity, most of you playing tonight will be rested throughout the whole week. The team B will see out the rest of the season. Afterall, we have nothing to play for in the Premier league and everything to play for in UCL. Forget about the return leg, it is inconsequential at this time. What matters right now is that we win tonights match without conceding a goal. Theres no better gift to give to our enduring fans at a time like this. Remember the theme for tonights match? ATTACK IS THE BEST FORM OF DEFENSE! Bayern, like every other football follower, is expecting us to sit back and defend. Lets take them by surprise! Lets attack Bayern from all sides right from the blast of the whistle till the end of the match. And more importantly, lets do so with focus and precision. Im just a loyal Man Utd fan and a coach on Playstation...lol. So things may not go my way tonight at Old Trafford. But...whoever Ill be playing on Playstation tonight should take note.
