If I were being paid for all the time I have spent on the phone over the past two weeks just trying to get my COMCAST telephone and email services transferred to the new address I would be a wealthy woman! Absolutely infuriating! Absolutely THE WORST experience! No one does what they say they will do. I transferred my service with COMCAST because I didnt want to have to go through what I am going through and it has been nothing but a CLUSTER. I am beyond angry and if I have to call them again, it will to be to cancel my service and let them know I will report them to the proper agency.
