Make it illegal for the Social Security fund to be used for anything other than it was intended for; AND everyone who contributes into SS receives payment/benefits when they become qualified irregardless of how much $$ they make at the time of receiving benefits. (why not? they paid for it); AND... 3. Anyone running for a political office must have 4 years of prior active military service & remain a reservist (subject to activation) for as long as they hold office.
