If I were the former director of the KGB and the current dictator of a nation-state with the second largest nuclear weapon stockpile on the planet and woke to find my chief rival to be a trained community organizer...well, you would ALL be reading street signs in Cyrillic and greeting one another with Здравствуйте, товарищ! at Starbucks. Analysis: Vlad is slow and good intententions are probably not sound indicators of global leadership ability. However, hope springs eternal for change!
