If Im gonna be held accountable for my childs actions then I should have the power to discipline them without the extreme scrutiny of the Department of Justice, who coincidentally runs the jails & prisons. They have built these joints with the mindset of putting limitations on your abilitiy to discipline your child. Long story short, My kid bullies another kid to the point where that kid kills himself, not only does he stand a chance of going to prison but so do I for not knowing how my kid acts when hes around his friends What about the parents of the bullied shouldnt she be held accountable for her part and not taking any actions when she didnt sit down and spoke with a child about the way she was acting because of the bullying. Sounds to me like she was just as negligent as the parents of the children that were doing the bullying Sorry if I sound insensitive about this situation but I made it through the 1960s ways of being disciplined. Discipline these days is a timeout which is just a setup for prison for them and you both...
