If Limericks were Sonnets: An old man from Nantucket kept his cash In coins and low-denomination bills In a bucket, and it was this stash Of rustling value that caused all his ills. He had a pretty daughter known as Nan, A greedy lustful girl, in too-tight sweater, Who wished to live in Burma or Japan - (The further she could get from home the better.) She waited till a handsome stranger came, And worked her wiles on him, and more than wiles. “You can have me,” she says who has no shame, “And plenty cash as well.” The stranger smiles. The deal was done, daughter and the bucket Were never seen again about Nantucket.
