If Strength is the goal and What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger is the path, here is what we are most thankful for this year: TRX Crabkicks – Oh you are hated and despised but a necessary evil for core and cardio work. We thank you for not killing us but indeed making us stronger. TRX Plyo Lunges – Must. Keep. Moving. Thank you for that lesson. Burpees - Need I say more? Valslide Side Lunges – Thigh Gap creator, Pistol and Saddlebag reducer. We thank you! The Burn of the Barre – Holy sometimes we think we cannot go on! But we do. Thank you for the lesson in persistence AND the beautiful arm and leg definition. Push-Ups – In all of your modification glory, we thank you for variety, the next day soreness that reminds us how hard we are working, and self-satisfaction. Kettleball Swings – Our jeans and bikinis and significant others thank you!! MUCH gratitude to you! 100 Crunch Series – What was so tough is now so flattering emphasis on FLAT! Every crunch was worth it. We love our new abs! Happy Thanksgiving!!
