If a case of DOWRY or DAHEJ harassment is registered against a family then to get Bail they not only have to give money in the court, They also have to bring 1 guarantor to who will act as a person responsible if in a case Criminal convict is missing.... It is very difficult to find someone who will give Bail assurance since people dont want to get in legal issues.... Hence it is difficult to get Bail itself!!!!
