If anybody wants to see my religious thoughts, it just came up in a conversation so i figured Eh, what the hell, why not post it anyways . . PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE POST OR JUST DONT READ IT AT ALL First off i will just say i am a 100% believer in the gospel and God and Jesus before i continue with this. This is all in a balance of scientific ideas and ideals (From the perspective of a non believer, I myself do believe in Jesus Christ and God) We dont know if Jesus was Gods child and honestly I dont care, i look at Jesus as if he were a man, because then he is 1000x greater of a person. if Jesus were a man he had lived his life to the fullest and had made sure he forgave everybody and treated them nicely and respectfully. He was a man who had forgiven everyone for their sins and was crucified on the cross after brutal torture for the human race. And if a man can do all that, then why cant we, as humans, bring ourselves together and stop these problems we created for ourselves? He was, in terms, the ultimate role model. . Also if God does exist or doesnt i feel like i dont even need God to deal with my problems or that i need to pray to him about my problems. I, as a human, know that we are capable of incredible things and that we are a powerful race left with an unknown history that religion tries to explain. I see religion as a barrier to human potential, but also an embracer of it. ***This is why i pray to God about meaningful things, such as for others and for the world as a whole**** ************ Because, even if God does exist or doesnt exist, there is no reason one should do wrong because one should follow the belief of Justice and naturally do what is right. We as humans know what is right and wrong, though the concept may be different in circumstances, Justice should always come out on top. *************
