If anyone is wondering whats going on with my 50 MILLION dollar federal lawsuit... (the One Question of law to MERS.. (yeah, their mermen all right) So.. the BANKSTERS/PIRATES filed bankruptcy, and they obtained a stay...on our VOID Judgement Appeal, (which is a fraud under their code), this has stonewalled us for the last THREE years... We were stayed from going after MERS too, (even tho MERS wasnt NAMED in GMACs Stay,. the judge decided to make us wait till it was lifted to hear BOTH cases at same time (which is also FRAUD under their code)... ...well, the file IS about 2 FEET deep by now... if not THREE....a lot for them to read and research...haha so the stay was finally lifted and GMAC told us we had to dismiss our case because we never named ourselves as their creditors..BLUFF!!! laff (im seriously laffin my arse off here folks.. ) Do they really think that after 6-7 years of us callin their bluffs and still in the game that we are just quitting???... ha (well im quitting.. sorta.. not really.. Alan can handle this one.. i gave him standing.. it could be the most significant feat he has ever NOT failed... lol
