If it wasnt bad enough that over half of the products in grocery stores have GMOs in them, the FDA is now getting ready to decide whether or not to allow GMO salmons on the market. If they ok this, those of you who enjoy salmon will become the guinea pigs for the actual safety of this product. As a person who loves fishing, I began to wonder, what if these salmon get out in the wild? Will they screw up the ecosystem? Will I be charged with violations of intellectual property if I catch one? If you think thats far fetch then just ask a farmer who has been put out of business because a bird drops a GMO seed in his field. The FDA is not our friend, they facilitate crony capitalism instead of doing what they were designed to do. Then they reward the CEOs of these corporations with positions at the FDA. ~Mentally Emancipated
