If its OK for women to propose, why dont they? Steve Paska of Arlington, VA (photo, down on his knee), waited 2 weeks for cherry blossoms to emerge, & searched 2 hours for the perfect spot under the canopy. Why? To propose to girlfriend Jessica who said Yes so fast he forgot to pull out the ting. Of Americans, 3/4 say its fine for the woman to propose, but only about 5% of those married say she did. ?? The postcard held below by Dr. Katherine Parkin ridicules women in search of husbands as being aggressive & unattractive.
