If my FB friends will indulge me for the next 15 days of things we should all consider letting go of to find inner peace and happiness. Of course I understand if you just scroll past this ! LOL This one has truly resonated with me since childhood. There was a time I was bit more courageous because I had a supportive safety net, but that net is gone. So Ive needed to find the strength to try things on my own; hence the dancing, my business Fresh Spaces and of course what I do at Phelps Gym Illusions of Safety: You have to take risks. You will only realize the full potential of your life when you allow the unexpected to happen. Living itself is risky business. Every decision, every interaction, every step, every time you get out of bed in the morning, you take a risk. To truly live is to know you’re getting up and taking that risk. To not get out of bed, clutching to illusions of safety, is to die slowly without ever having truly lived. Be a little risky and realize the full potential of your life.
