If not wrong, some years ago the law minister passed a law somewhere along the line making it illegal to investigate, or hire private investigators to investigate, a Member of Parliament. If not for the lawsuit that has brought this fellow under public scrutiny, imagine what would happen if he stands as a PAP candidate and successfully enter the parliament. Not only would his fake credentials be unquestionable then, no member of the public would be allowed to investigate him without being deemed to have committed a criminal act under the law. At that point, should anyone even dare suggest that his credentials are fake, the person would no doubt be swiftly served with the usual PAPs weapon of choice - defamation suits. Scary thoughts eh?
