If one has been directly impacted by suicide, every time you hear about another, the wounds open, cutting you again with the feelings of loss, helplessness, regret, sorrow, waste, and wishing you could wind back time to find a way to prevent it – sadly sometimes there is no way – and that is almost as bad as the emptiness and hurt in the loss. The only thing to do is try to inspire every person that life is indeed beautiful, and worth living, that everyone has something special and if ever you feel differently don’t hide but get help for there are those who love you and would do anything to help you out of the abyss and back to the rainbow.
