If people, such as wedding photographers, bakers, and court clerks are required to cater to the desires of gay couples, regardless of religious objections, then doesnt that nullify a persons ability to avoid military service because of those same beliefs? In other words, if the first amendment gets you out of serving in the military, why shouldnt the same amendment get you out of baking a gay wedding cake?
