If the OECD is going to start interfering with financial services companies relationships with BT because it provides telecommunications infrastructure that can also be used for military purposes, what is to stop the OECD from interfering with banks that, together with all their other clients, manage accounts for those serving in the armed forces, or defence companies, or the government itself. The British government has to tell international organisations like this (and the European Commission is of course no exception) where to get off.
