If the last few years have been tough, take heart. We are FINALLY out of the 2-1/12 year influence of Scorpio and in to the MUCH more fun and light hearted Sagittarius. THANK GOODNESS! Scorpio, being ruled by Mars, can be volatile. Scorpio is all about hidden meaning and deep emotion and when it is applied like it has been the last few years, it dredged up absolutely everything that you have hidden away, all the insecurities and fears and doubts and made you face every single nuance of them. Also the Chinese year of the Green wood horse is coming to a close as well. While it was the 1st year of a positive influence, since the 6 previous ones had been negative, it was also a sign that burned away all those obstacles in your way, even the ones you have grown comfortable and attached to, causing even more emotional discomfort. Many of us have either felt the need to draw back into personal seclusion or have been forced to or a combination of both. The heavy, nitty-gritty feeling permeating everything is getting ready to lift. Sagittarius is optimistic, fun-loving, adventuresome, freedom oriented and generous all though Sagittarius can be excessive and overindulgent as well. All things considered though, the energy coming in will be a welcome relief to the heavy, soul searing searching revelations and feet to the fire energy of Scorpio. The great thing about what we all just went through is that all the excess baggage, insecurities and fears have been examined and faced and discarded as needed for the next part of our journeys, freeing us to explore with fiery wild and joy filled abandon those things the icy waters of Scorpio has not washed away in the painfully cleansing floods of emotion. What remains is a solid foundation to build on with laughter and joy and curiosity and yes, some over indulgence and excess and in my opinion, we have all been through the wringer and back so why not overindulge just a wee bit in the celebration of life and love and art and joy and....life.
