If the wing divided nation would realize that hating each other is - TopicsExpress

If the wing divided nation would realize that hating each other is counterproductive, we might be able to get somewhere in stopping the tyrranical government. The right wing, for example has some pretty good ideas that liberals would agree with. However, their hatefell broad liberal brush isnt going to get the ears of naturally leaning liberals, and vice versa. The rightists and leftists have more in common than they want to admit to. They both think cops have too much authority. That is the closest that they get. Both sides understand that a police state interferes with freedom. This excludes TPNN and Fox News believers. They love police overpowering the population. The left and the right think that the government has too much power. The interpretations are insanely different, but their is a common denominator. The left thinks that corporations and the free market is the government leeching off the rest of the working population. The right believes in capitalism and unregulated free market trade. Sensible rightists prefer volunteerism or neighborly kindness over forced taxation to help the needy. They are both correct. Let the market free, but dont allow it to govern. Leftists might be surprised at how much the wealthy would be willing to help the less fortunate. Rightists might be surprised at the shame the less fortunate have when the become desperate for help. Both sides want world piece. Each side has war hungry assholes. Every village has its idiot. Both sides are against encarcerating people for saying the wrong thing, and both sides are agianst torture. Agian, this excludes TPNN and Fox News watchers. They are a different breed of sheep. From now on, the exclusion of TPNN and Fox News is implied. Both sides realize that their corporate media affiliates lie and fabricate facts. If we all just drop what side of the human fabricated political spectrum that we fall on and focus on peace and prosperity for all humans and the real truth, we could get along. If you were to ask me today who is qualified to govern, I would say no one can. If governing could be successful, it would have succeeded by now. No one in the world is qualified to govern.
