If there is one thing I hate its this question that most stay at home moms get is “What do you do with all that free time since you stay at home all day? Really? I sit on the couch all day watch tv, and be lazy! As anyone who’s spent a day alone with a child under age 2 can attest, there’s hardly time to use the bathroom, let alone lounge about. Questions like this come from people who don’t know what it’s like to scrub off the high chair, change diapers, put toys away and fold laundry again and again. Plus, depending on the kid’s age, there are times when a mom hardly has a second to herself because her child could choke on a penny or fall in the toilet if she looks away for a moment. So I dare someone to say well you must have fun staying at home all day! Well sometimes I do have fun with my kids other times they make me want to rip my hair out but, that is kids for you. Especially ones that dont know any better. Most people with a full time job couldnt do or handle half the things I do. I dare someone to call me lazy too bc I get so sick of hearing you lazy. Well no Im not lazy I do a lot for my kids how about switch places and try it out. I bet you would think different. I would hate someone to say the wrong thing about me being a stay at home mom! No one knows how bad I want to work and go to college but right now at the moment thats a little to much for me with two small babies. Yes I should have thought about that before I had my babies but, guess what I love the way my life is with my kids and I wouldnt change anything about it! They are the world to me and I will go to hell or jail over them! So yes I am a stay at home mama to Brentley and Layce and Im damn proud of it and not ashamed of it!
