If there was no Samsara, there would be no Nirvana, If there was no suffering, there would be no happiness, When suffering strikes, not being overwhelmed by it so much, When happiness come, not being so excited about it. In this oneness of happiness and suffering (I think) comes the real nature of this transient and temporary world, That which is created in, and by our untamed & unawakened mind. This (I think) is what it means by letting come and letting go of our thoughts, & Just be. Like a dog who is indifferent to a bunch of straw thrown before it, And be at peace, no matter what comes, happiness or suffering. (Just my view though).
