If theres one thing I know its great food, chefs and people. I came to Adare for one reason and one reason only, to eat at Wade Murphys Restaurant 1826. It surpassed my already high expectations. This man is a chef of the highest caliber. Irelands finest. His wife Elaine and staff make this restaurant shine. The salad I had was my salad of the year. The sous vide pork belly was sublime. Everything superb. Thanks Murphys for a tremendous evening.
