If we want to see transformation as we work together in Jamaica, organizational leaders must demonstrate behavior that is in consistent with authentic leadership and this includes being faithful in the small things. We must pay attention to details - like keeping our word. Simply put, we must do what we say we are going to do – even if that commitment is made to a child or to a beggar on the street. Psalm 15:4 reminds us that God is pleased when we keep our word, even if is causes us some grief.
