If you are eating fish today, it might as well be deelish today. :) Just want to re-share this again for my brother. He has done wonders with his Long John Silvers locations and will not let you down. You honestly might not recognize them if you havent been in for awhile. :) ...A few years ago my brother Eric purchased and took over management of all of the Long John Silver’s locations in Wichita, Manhattan, Salina, El Dorado, Hutchinson, and a half dozen other Kansas cities. He had a vision for the brand so he gutted and updated each store or just shut them down to start from scratch. LJS corporate has been ecstatic with the way he has run his operation and now uses Eric’s stores as test markets for future menu items. If you haven’t been to an LJS around here lately you should definitely check it out. The menu has a lot more options than it used to and there are even 10 meals under 600 calories. The baked cod is awesome and I do so love some lobster bites in my face. Anyway, I’m really proud of my bro and all of his hard work, and just wanted to put this out there for anyone eating fish today or any day.
