If you are feeling blah, injured or on the come back, infusing your diet with a plethora non starchy veggies, fruits, herbs/spices, superfoods and other clean food of your choice makes a tremendous difference. How? Car accident on July 30th but my chiropractors noted due to my high nutrient diet, high fitness level and currently under reg chiropractic care, I will bounce back 100% faster than the avg patient etc. I walked 20 miles this week then ran a hot & hilly 10.1 miles at 10am. Chiro approved. Tons of energy dense foods;). Just saying! Be encouraged run fam!
