If you are thinking about heading to the gym, but nervous (I get it), now is a great time to go. At least in my experience the new year and few weeks before spring break are big surges in gym attendance time. Making this November-December time super slow. Its a great time to try things out, not wait for equipment, and maybe even have solo time in the space. Plus it takes the edge off new years resolutions, you can just say good job self, keep on keepin on. (I arrived to an empty gym today. It was the best.)
