If you are thinking of getting home broadband DO NOT bother with Vodafone Ireland! I have never had such bad customer service in my life. First the staff that handled the initial order dint complete the process. But the account was charged. After calling them over and over again, they finally completed the order. Then the modem comes and its not working. Its been over a month and the internet still isnt working. One excuse after the other. Rude customer care rep on the phone telling me I cant speak to a supervisor and theres nothing anyone can do. I have to wait for a new modem to be posted out. Also I cant leave the contract. Its past the 7 day cool off. How can I be stuck in a contract when the internet isnt working?? I should have listened and gone for UPC or Eircom.
