In his relatively short life so far, he has experienced more war and suffering than most can even imagine. During the most recent bombing of Gaza, while trying not to get bombed, he was successfully gathering baby diapers and formula, clean water, and food, for folks in dire need of it. He has a heart of gold and has somehow been able to stay positive and continue to help others, amidst all the chaos. It is his dream to continue school (even in Gaza, he managed to receive his undergraduate degree). The scholarships he was set to receive through a university in Russia where he has been planning on pursuing his masters, were taken away at the last minute. My biggest dream is to make Gaza a self-sufficient city. And I believe I can help do it if I got the required experience and knowledge in the field of sustainable architecture Best case scenario, it could take a generation to rebuild Gaza. Mahdi can help make that happen, and do it for the right reasons. Solidarity, brother...you have my love and support!
