If you believe that Laughing Colours is harmless ironic humour. Think again. In the Summer of 2014, a Delaware man by the name of Jake Moody was admining his pages. A past-time that he had since August of 2013, since it took his mind off the 9-5 job he had as a Sales Manager. His favoured pages were in the ironic meta category. He found the overuse of old memes and stock photos funny. One day, he discovered a new page. It was titled Laughing Colours. Filled with his preferred dose of irony. He was instantly captivated by the Gang Rape Goodnight joke that his friends has circled on the page. And frequently shared the pages content. But all this would prove tragic for him, a few weeks after discovering this page. It encompassed his daily life, he even faked sick days in order to stay home longer and follow the posts on the page. In September of 2014, he started coming in lake for work. Which threatened his job. On September 12, 2014. Jake Moody went missing. After not showing up for work for several days; his co-workers grew concerned. They then called the police. The police decided that the best place to start the investigation was at his house. On September 18th, officers gained entry to the house and found a sight that no one wants to see. Jake Moody was found dead in his bedroom, he was found in a slouched over position; rotting in his chair. Although they did not find any signs of foul play, the coroner still did an autopsy on Moodys body. What was found was shocking. After opening Moodys skull, the coroner discovered Moodys brain looked similar to those who died of Brain Cancer. Although his family had no history of it, nor did his doctor discover anything wrong with him on his yearly checkup. Only 3 weeks before his death. Police decided to seize his belongings for a followup investigation, among those belongings was his computer. On it, was Google Chrome. As they browsed through the history, investigators discovered that the only thing ever viewed in the past week was Laughing Colours. It was concluded that Moody died of a brain tumor he developed after browsing Laughing Colours photos for six days straight. Do you still think that Indian Meme pages are harmless fun? Think again.
