If you dont have any plans for this Wednesday evening, heres a great idea! The Charlotte Ski and Snowboard Club is having its third annual Warren Miller ski movie at the Studio Movie Grill at the EpiCenter in uptown Charlotte tonight, with two shows at 6:30 and 9 PM. Warren Miller is a legend in the ski community and has been making incredible ski movies since 1949! “No Turning Back” is this year’s movie. Tickets are just $15 dollars. That includes both the admission to the movie AND one 2014/2015 weekday/non-holiday lift ticket to Ski Beech. Plus, all the local ski shops will be there with coupons, door prizes and movie specials. The proceeds go to the Charlotte Ski Racing Team and a former Charlotte paralyzed racer star, Jas Bambur. Jas last year skied for the USA in the Sochi Olympics and is a current member of the US Paralympics ski team.
