If you dont track food, youll never have 100% accuracy with your diet. If you dont film occasional sets, you cant analyze your own form, you cant make changes on the spot, you cant get better if you dont know youre doing something wrong. This squat might look okay to some people, but there are still plenty of things incorrect here that I am continuing to work on. As much as I want to add more weight, I will be staying in this range and doing volume work until it looks and feels perfect. 315 for high perfect reps is more impressive to me than a shitty quality rep with 4 plates.
