“If you find it difficult not to react negatively to a person who criticizes you, look at the place between his eyebrows (his Third Eye) instead of directly into his yes. This will allow you to send him light, love or forgiving thoughts because in this way you will only see beyond his dual character or superficial self. Instead of only seeing anger as the cause of his criticism you will see it as an effect of an underlying tremendous sadness or fear. Looking at his third eye allows you to transcend the superficiality of cause and effect and directly link into that part of his soul that reflects love and light.”
