If you find yourself being bullied, you are carrying victim consciousness in your energy field. That means the power to reverse this situation lies with you. The methods we have been using to deal with bullying have been wrong which is why they have proven ineffective. Reporting, documenting, confronting and sanctioning bullies does not work and will never work because it violates the natural laws of the universe. Jung summed it up when he said, What you resist, persists. All of those activities only further reinforce the power of the perpetrator and the powerlessness of those on the receiving end. Bullying will stop when we recognise the power of the victim to release their victim consciousness, thereby rendering them useless to the bully and no longer a target.
